In order to improve your experience while ensuring a fair wage for all our workers, we have replaced tipping with a 20% service charge on dining-in orders. This allows our cooks to share in the service charge revenue, which is not legal with tips.

We are also glad to help move our industry away from tipping, which has been shown to promote racial and gender discrimination against diners, and sexual harassment against employees.

For more information and research about the no-tipping/service charge model, please see Jay’s website.

Thank you for helping improve our restaurant, industry and community.
